商品代金以外の必要料金
インターネット接続料金および通信料金はお客様のご負担となります。アプリのAIモデル（約4GB）は、インストール時にApp Storeから配信されます。
お支払い方法
App Storeでのお支払い（Appleが提供するお支払い方法）。代金は、当社の代理人であるiTunes株式会社が受領します。
お支払い時期
  • Lifetime、Lifetime アップグレード：購入の確定時
  • 年間プラン・月間プラン：購入の確定時（無料トライアルをご利用の場合はトライアル終了時）に最初の期間の料金が請求され、以後、各期間の終了前24時間以内に次の期間の料金が請求されます。
提供時期
購入手続きの完了後、直ちにご利用いただけます。
申込みの期間
定めはありません（オファーコードには有効期限がある場合があります）。
自動更新（継続契約）について

年間プランおよび月間プランは、解約されない限り、同じ期間・その時点の価格で自動的に更新されます。契約期間の定めはなく、解約されるまで継続します。

支払総額の目安：年間プランは1年あたり4,800円、月間プランは1年あたり9,600円（いずれも目安であり、契約期間を示すものではありません）。

無料トライアル終了後は、解約しない限り年間プランの料金が請求されます。

解約は、各期間（無料トライアルを含む）の終了の24時間前までに、iPhoneの「設定」＞［ユーザ名］＞「サブスクリプション」、またはLampkinの「設定」＞「サブスクリプションを管理」から行ってください。

申込みの撤回・解約・返金について

デジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入の確定後の申込みの撤回および返品はお受けできません。ただし、法令に別段の定めがある場合、またはAppleが返金を認めた場合はこの限りではありません。

サブスクリプションはいつでも解約でき、解約後も支払い済みの期間の終了までLampkin Proをご利用いただけます（期間途中の解約による日割りの返金はありません）。

返金をご希望の場合は、Appleの規定に従い、reportaproblem.apple.com からAppleにお申し出ください。

Lifetime または Lifetime アップグレードを購入しても、ご利用中のサブスクリプションや無料トライアルは自動では解約されません。上記の方法で解約してください。

契約の内容に適合しない場合
アプリが説明どおりに動作しないなど、契約の内容に適合しない場合は、法令に従って対応いたします。上記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
動作環境
iOS 26以降、およびオンデバイスAIに必要なメモリを備えたiPhone（対応機種はサポートページに掲載しています）。AIモデル用に約4GBの空き容量が必要です。
特別な販売条件
ファミリー共有の対象外です。無料トライアルは、Lampkin Proの無料トライアルその他の導入オファーを利用したことのないApple Accountが対象です（対象かどうかはAppleが判定します）。Lifetime アップグレードは、有料の年間プランをご利用中のApple Accountのみが対象です。

Prices (including consumption tax)
  • Lampkin Pro Yearly (auto-renewing): ¥4,800 per year. New subscribers can start with a 2-week free trial.
  • Lampkin Pro Monthly (auto-renewing): ¥800 per month.
  • Lampkin Pro Lifetime (one-time purchase): ¥11,000.
  • Lampkin Pro Lifetime upgrade (one-time purchase): ¥8,000. Available only to subscribers with an active paid Yearly plan.
Prices are also shown on the App Store purchase sheet and on Lampkin's Lampkin Pro screen. The price shown before you confirm applies.
Other charges
You pay for your internet connection and data. Lampkin's AI models (about 4 GB) are delivered by the App Store during installation.
Payment method
Payment through the App Store, using the payment methods Apple offers. iTunes K.K., our agent, receives the payment.
Payment timing
  • Lifetime and Lifetime upgrade: when you confirm the purchase.
  • Yearly and Monthly: the first period is charged when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. Each later period is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
Time of supply
Immediately after the purchase is complete.
Application period
None (offer codes may have an expiry date).
Auto-renewal (continuous contract)

Yearly and Monthly renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel. There is no fixed contract term; the plan continues until cancelled.

Estimated total: ¥4,800 a year for Yearly, ¥9,600 a year for Monthly. These are estimates, not contract terms.

After a free trial, the Yearly price is charged unless you cancel.

To cancel, do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (including a free trial), in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions or in Lampkin's Settings › Manage subscription.

Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

Because this is digital content, a purchase cannot be withdrawn or returned after you confirm it, except where the law provides otherwise or Apple grants a refund.

You can cancel a subscription at any time; Lampkin Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for (no pro-rata refund).

To request a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's rules.

Buying Lifetime or the Lifetime upgrade does not cancel an active subscription or free trial; cancel it as described above.

Non-conformity
If the app does not work as described, we deal with it as the law requires. Please email us.
Operating environment
iOS 26 or later and an iPhone with enough memory for on-device AI (supported models are listed on the Support page). About 4 GB of free space is needed for the AI models.
Special conditions
Not available through Family Sharing. The free trial is for Apple Accounts that have not had a free trial or other introductory offer for Lampkin Pro before (Apple decides eligibility). The Lifetime upgrade is only for Apple Accounts with an active paid Yearly plan.
